GoW 2 disappeared from queue

All four GoW games were in my queue after redeeming the GoW Ultimate codes, but I was forced to do a system factory reset due to a box breaking corrupted file. After the reset, when I went to download the GoW games, I only have 1,3, and Judgment in my queue.
GoW 2 has disappeared. Please help.

Far Cry 4 not downloading properly

Tried downloading it overnight. I woke up and it was only 28% done. It then disappeared from my queue so I started to download again this am. It made it up to 34%, I was able to play prologue before I reached the limits of what had already downloaded and
it disappeared from queue a second time.

Both times it disappeared from queue it restarted from scratch.

I have slow internet, so the slow download speed is normal. But in the past if I've lost connection, the download would pick up from where it left off.

All items disappeared from queue

all items paused in the queued section have disappeared following the latest update. Unable to start those games as nowhere to unpause them..

Hey Microsoft. Would you like to respond? It's been over a week. I'd love to play some GoW2. Funny how you had the staff take the time to move my post to a different forum, but had nothing to say about my problem.

Xbox 360 Download History Here.

If the game is showing there but not in your Ready To Install list please be sure to head on over to our
Xbox One Backward Compatibility Troubleshooter and fill out the survey near the end. This will help us best look into this

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have split your post into its own thread in order to help you out directly. Are you using an external hard drive for your games & apps? Are you a part of the preview program?

It would also, help us out to know all the troubleshooting steps you have attempted so far. Let us know these details, and we will try our best to resolve this issue.

This method worked for me, but it can take some time for the download to disappear from the queue.

Step 2: Cancel the download

"On the Home screen, scroll to the right and open My games & apps.

Select Queue.

Highlight the game you’re trying to install.

Press the Menu button on the controller.

Select Cancel."

If you manage to download it then its in your download queue that doesn't disappear

You said yourself you cannot queue it

.if you cannot and are asked to pay for it them you are trying to qeueue it from the marketplace as stated they turned off the flag

You must queue it from your download queue

Seeing as you domt have it on your transaction history then you mever queued it
