GOW 1 and 3 download issues.

Hi, I've purchased GOW 4 recently. The game bundles with GOW 1, 2, 3 and Judgement redeemable codes. Unfortunately, I'm only able to download GOW 2 and Judgement. As for the remaining ones, an error code prompted an investigation and till today, I have yet
to receive any status for the past 02 weeks and it is very frustrating for not being able to enjoy GOW predecessors.

Can some kind soul take some serious actions on this matter?

Gears of War 1 and 3 not redeeming Ref. #[Mod Removed]

Bought Gears of War collection codes. GoW 2 and Judgement downloaded fine, GoW 1 and 3 did not, via code.

Please give me new codes to download the games.

 

GoW Series missing from ready to install

I purchased GoW UE back in august when it launched and I havnt gotten GoW 2 or judgment available to download on the Xbox one I got GoW 3 day one of its launch and had GoW 1 back in august apart of the review club, Iv tried every trouble shoot iv found and
still dont have them for download iv tried going to the store to see if i can get it that way but it says i need $40 to buy the game were as GoW 3 and 1 say its free if there is a fix to this I would greatly appreciate it andmy copy of GoW UE is digital.
