Gotten a ban, can't sign into enforcement page

I've been banned for seemingly no reason, communications for three days, I only talk to my friends in group chats and send supportive messages to those I play online games with, and I have been banned?

I try to see why, and when I press "Sign in" on the enforcement page, it loads for a while and then just goes back to the enforcement page, and I am not signed-in at all, so I cannot appeal it.

This is quite distressing, there's so much awful behaviour on Xbox games and I have been banned when I have done nothing wrong (only joking with friends is where I could see a potential ban if it was not with friends), unless someone has reported me because they were upset about losing, or one of my friends jokingly reported me, I can't see why I would get a communications ban, nor why I cannot even sign in.

I'm afraid 1 - 3 days ban cannot be appealed. This is because the enforcement team takes 48 - 72 hours to look into the ban and by which time the time has ban may have expired.

I'll suggest you try signing into the enforcement page with different browsers/devices to see if that help. Unfortunately support cannot assist with issues of bans/suspension.

I have tried on three devices and it simply loads for about 20 seconds and then just goes back to the same page without being signed-in. The page isn't working.

It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and it appears to be showing permanent bans in place of most other bans received and there's no way to confirm this as the page itself won't show the details of the enforcement.

I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page.
