Gotham Knights Deluxe Edition Pre-Order not completed.

Hi everyone, I pre-ordered Gotham Knights Deluxe Edition a few weeks ago. Now I only see the standard edition is "You Own this" but it asks to buy the Deluxe Edition again.

Anyone else facing this issue? Microsoft support is a nightmare, I have tried virtual assistant (Doesnt work), Call back (Doesnt work), Local contact number (Doesnt Exist) and many more.

Did you tried using the United States website to see if maybe that changes something?
Or is that the one that you're using?

Hi Josef,

Unfortunately the Refund has already been denied, but I will try to file for an appeal.

As for the private chat, I have tried it numerous times, but It keeps giving me a message "There is an error at our end" when I try for a call back.

But I appreciate your effort to help me out. Thank you!

The order as per the order history is completed.

But I see that only the standard edition has been granted.

While the Deluxe Edition is not.

I have tried the contact feature on different devices. Same issue, unfortunately.

It asks me to buy the add-on - Gotham Knights: Visionary Pack.

As for the Call Back Option, just doesnt seem to work unfortunately.
