Got wrongfully suspended, and can't find out where to complain about it

I got wrongfully suspended, where someone was being toxic and saying some crude things, and I sent a message to him saying it wasn't classy of him to say those things, then I quoted what he said(so he knew which instance I was talking about). But then I
got suspended for saying those things.

Seems kinda wrong, I was just telling him he shouldn't say those things.

Anyways, I've spent half an hour trying to contact support but no, it's impossible. Microsoft support er the worst I have ever experienced. I'm a paying costumer, I expect better support than having to complain to a forum about it. This is just ridiculous.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this situation. You must go to through the
Enforcement websiteto resolve this as the Ambassadors have stated and
will not be able to reach the Enforcement team here on the forums. We do not have the appropriate tools and resources to assist with enforcement actions. .
If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor
can Support offer assistance.

Essentially, if you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. If you reply to any message they send after you've blocked them, then they will still be able to message you.
(Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Community Standards for Xbox (Code of Conduct)only.)

Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
thread as that would violate the Xbox Forum Guidelines).

I post this for everyone when I read these. I am sorry to hear this happened.. but you should never respond to any of these messages. Do not fall for the trap.
Just ignore or if it is that offensive just block and report. Never respond to these people. Even with good intentions they can drag you down with them. It is not worth it.

remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

You will find they have a very similar ToU/CoC so you could run into the same things there. There is nothing about why you were banned that is promoting hatred. Good luck on whatever decision you make.
