Got upheld but I atleast want it shortened

I was upheld on my case which I can understand I just want to know why the ban is so long because that is light hate speech I used and I get 7 days and I used some heavier stuff once and I only got one or two days. I know multiple complaints results in longer
sentences, but that jump is a bit outrageous for that!! So I get one or two days for one case I would better understand this ban if it was 3-4 or maybe even five if it was that bad, but 7 days is something else!!! The persons who reported me must have really
exaggerated to get a ban for that long. Plus that last ban was in 4/4/17 wouldn't that case be irrelevant by now?!?! It makes me wonder if his 109k gamer score gives him more authority/influence!

I was banned from communications for a comment said 10/3/18 and I Filed a case review but it was upheld and I was looking for help to get the ban lifted or shortened?

My account got banned for communication reasons although I was on YouTube at the time of the ban. I had it reviewed but it was upheld. I want to know more about this.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here can give you an exact answer. Suspensions length can vary depending on severity of the case and any previous suspensions.

 

well yeah but isn't there a certain time limit in which a previous suspension becomes irrelevant because back in 2015 me and my friend got into a Xbox flame war and we later both got profile banned for a couple days but then that happens again 2 years later
to a random and I called him a p**** because he left our game while being a jerk and I got a 1 day comm so there must be a irrelevance point for bans

 

No. There is no time limit for that.

No. A high gamerscore, tenure, anything on your account does not give any more authority over anything.
