Got unbanned but still banned

So I previously got my account unbanned and it is past the date and time it said it would be unbanned but my Xbox still sad I’m banned and idk what’s going on

Can you please check the
Xbox Enforcement web site to make sure that it not showing any active of new Enforcement Actions against yourself. If you are showing as having no active enforcements then I would next ask you to restart your console by pressing and holding the power button
on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and once the console has switched off remove the power cable from the wall outlet for one minute then restart the console and hopefully you should be able to play and communicate online. If not can you next try
removing your account from the console (Please make sure you know your account email and password before doing this) carry out another console restart and then re load your account onto the console.
