Discus and support got two active codes that that i cannot redeem in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when i bought gears of war 4 it came with four codes for every past gears of war. the codes for gears of war 2 and gears of war judgment worked, but...     got two active codes that that i cannot redeem


    when i bought gears of war 4 it came with four codes for every past gears of war. the codes for gears of war 2 and gears of war judgment worked, but the codes for gears 1 and 3 didn't work and kept saying it was region/country restricted. tried redeeming
    on xbox one, 360, and on browser. what do i do now?

    ARK Survival Evolved Pre order Skins not Redeemable

    I got my pre order incentive codes for Ark Survival Evolved, but I cannot redeem them, it gives me an "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page" error, but Gamestop has no way to redeem the codes,
    I talked to support and they pointed me here and said my codes were active, but found it odd that i could not redeem them.

    Cannot redeem codes

    (god i shouldn't be helping you...supporting that team!. arrrggghhh got two active codes that that i cannot redeem :) )

    I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

    to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

    however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

    Make sure you redeem on an account without an active Xbox Game Pass subscription. Accounts with an active subscription cannot redeem these trial codes. Note, Trial codes may not work if you previously had one of these subscriptions on this account.

    If you have an active Game Pass subscription, it is impossible to redeem the code, let me know if this is your case.

    Hmmm, I’m pretty sure the code to redeem it takes a bit to be emailed to you, by any chance what did you redeem? Because I got all of the halo stuff and I got the code maybe around an hour or two later after I pressed redeem.
