    When I redeem 1 Month EA Access received from XBOX ONe that I received with purchase of XBOX ONE S

    I get and error and the following message

    I went to xbox.com/errorhelp and tried entering both codes "XBOS-3025" or "0c8f0325-183b-4c28-bb8e-03a13af7d4c7", but I am getting a message code not found.

    Please help how to redeem
