    I have encountered this error when launching xbox insider hub app from within xbox one.

    and sometimes "excep_fromHresult 0x80072eff (0x80072eff)

    I am trying to download preview update from xbox insider hub, but never was able to download a preview update.

    The same error happens when pressing xbox logo on the controller for 5 seconds and try to report a problem.

    Please help.

    Error message when using Xbox Insider Hub App on Xbox One

    Hello,

    I am part of your Xbox Insider Alpha Preview program and attempted to launch the Xbox Insider Hub App today (Saturday, February 11, 2017) and an odd error code pops up preventing me from even launching the app. The error code is as follows:

    "There's a problem

    Error making HTTP call (HTTP code: Unauthorized, Correlation ID: ) StatusCode: Unauthorized"

    Occasionally, I will get the "Something went wrong..." error as well. Just wondering what's going on and if this is a known issue. Also, if it's being investigated and how long before I can launch this app again?

    Xbox Insider App Having A Issue With My Network

    I'm trying to use the Xbox Insider Hub App but it says "Please try again. There was an issue with your network." My network is fine with the xbox app, browsers, etc. But its not working there, I've even contacted Xbox Support on it and this is the chat code

    Hello, I somehow managed to fix the error. I unregister from preview program, reinstall the insider hub app, and re-register in the preview program.

    The error was gone. However, I am not able to get my preview update yet. I am in preview ring 4. Shouldn't I be getting an preview update?

    My system is 10.0.14393.2152. Last update was on 12/20/2016.

    I have the exact same error code today trying to launch ESO, Portal: Still Alive, and get this: Xbox Insider Hub that I loaded to report this error.

    You can send error feedback using the xbox insider hub even if you are not an insider. Download the app from the store, then when installed, press & hold the Xbox button on the controller, and select report a problem. From there you can tell them what
    is wrong.

    That is for a diffent error code. I copied and pasted below what the error code says word for word.

    No one seems to know what is wrong. Even googled this error code and there is no explanation on how to fix it. Can you please help me.

    I have not been able to come across any article regarding that error code either. I still recommend trying the troubleshooting steps posted by brad above.

    You can also report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

    1. On your console, install the
      Xbox Insider Hub       app (if you don’t already have it).
    2. Hold down the Xbox button on the controller.
    3. On the power menu, select Report a problem.
    4. Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.
