Got this error code "0x87e1000a" After downloading Skyrim special edition

Hello!

So I just downloaded Skyrim Special Edition off the Marketplace and i havent been able to play it since! i get as far as the "start new game?" screen then i select yes and it freezes to the point where this Error Code comes up "0x87e1000a". i looked it up
on the errorhelp site and it said they dont recognize it. Anyone else having this problem?

anyone know how to solve this error code? Error code is 0x800705aa

Whenever I try and load up Skyrim Special Edition it gives me this error code. anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

 

My digital skyrim won't work

so on Christmas day my parents gave me a digital code for skyrim special edition and when I got home from school today it said "please sign in as the person who purchased this game" even though it was a code

 

Hey I have the same problem but with fallout 4 is would freeze and I had to cancel out of the app. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but now I cant even open the game. This has been happening for 4 days but before that the game worked perfectly fine and
was enjoyable. Also now it wont let me uninstall it or do anything else but click the play button and it doesn't show up on my games and apps. I love when you get the error screen and it gives you a error code and to go to xbox.com/errorhelp and enter this
code ''0x87e1000a'' they don't recognized the code and i have to come and do this and never get an answer to my problem. I just love the xbox service and their so called helpful website because I never get any help or what i've seen so far is that none never
gets the help they need.
