Got suspeneded because my friend wrote a message on my acount

Hi on my acouny my friend posted a message on my xbox acount as a joke and didnt expect me to get a 1 week comunication ban if you want to ask him his gamertag is:
[Mod Removed - see Guidelines].

And mine is just in case you needed it.

Unfortunately, joke content that is inappropriate would still be subject to Code of Conduct review, and potential enforcement actions. Further, users are advised by the Code that they are ultimately responsible for any content sent using their accounts.
I would recommend changing your account password to a different value so your friend no longer has access to it. If they are using this after you yourself have logged on (such as when they are visiting your home) you may wish to discuss this with them, so
they can see the ramifications of their actions.

You may choose to request a case review at the
Enforcement site, but nobody here will be able to assist you with this matter.

Enforcement websiteto resolve this.
If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support
offer assistance.

Xbox live is an online service regulated by rules as every online service. Once you accept the rules of The
Code of Conduct you are bound by these rules in order to use the live services. (Enforcement does not anticipate that others will be using your account as it is also
a violation, they look towards the Code of Conductonly.)

i got an explanation now why i was banned.

i wrote for joke on my bio "1600 mp to be friend with me" (inside joke for my friends)

the "pro"snipers for 2 years ago often wrote this on their bio because it was concidered cool to have them on their friends list.
