    Dear reader,

    My gamertag is ,

    Today i was playing warzone on Halo 5 with my friends, suddenly i got a message telling me i got suspended from chatting untill17~02~2017. Maybe there have been messages thar were not that nice but anyway, i wanted to do a case review witch they would give
    me a token for if i correctly completed 8 questions. So i completed the questions correctly and then they sended me to this home page were i started in the first place. So at the end my question is how can i properly do a case review?

    Online Suspension

    My account has been suspended from playing and talking online. This ban seems really unfair and the case review questions were very misleading. I was hoping to sort this out and see if i could get this 3 week ban lifted?

    I just got off talking to a support worker and they said Xbox enforcement could help.

    Not dumb enough to get suspended but I have seen the questions that are asked & answered each one correctly.

    They were extremely easy.

    It's not impossible,if it was then no one would be able to file for a case review & I know for a fact that people are able to file for a case review.

    Got suspended and I never got to thoroughly explain my case

    I'm guessing at this rate my best solution is to head to one of the offices and try talk to someone that can actually help me. I get why it isn't possible to contact the xbox enforcement, but at least let me reply to the case review so I can explain why
    I shouldn't be suspended after I know why I got suspended in the first place

    yes, in a sense you are correct. this term is subjective however, and its strange how the case review doesnt delve into the topic with more depth (maybe a question on what "smack talking" entails would be more appropriate?)
