Got suspended for voice communications

I got suspended for 14 days and two strikes for no reason for voice communications I only talk two my friends people send me hate messages i usually block them I only sent three hate messages to players who where being rude I do talk crap but I don't
send them messages the three players I sent a messages to where the only people I sent a hate message. Two strikes for that and a communications banned I have talked to people worst than me and nothing happened to them I'm going to put more details in to the
hate messages I sent me and my friend where playing a mission on GTA but these rude players started crap with us we couldn't go to a invite only session so we where stuck playing with randoms I had people send me hate messages almost every week but they don't
get banned but I do it makes no sence I don't think I should have two strikes and a communications banned so please help me.

I got suspended last Tuesday for voice communications until October 3rd but then the next day I got suspended again until October 4th for harassment abuse and I never said anything to anybody on that day so i don't know what happened.

My live got suspended for voice communication

I sent my friend a message and he reported it as a joke. My account then got banned for voice communication. I was wondering if my ban could be lifted considering it wasn’t a serious matter.

So what now they don't reply on the forums anymore? Where do the Enforecement Team even go and why don't they help us at all hmmm...? Seriously I hate being a customer hen me and my friends are treated like crap and don't get help from the people who ban
us. They don't even lisyen to both sides or even notify someone they need to get their job sorted and stop sitting down and banning without knowing the whole story. And this oh file a review no they should use their millions of dollars that they get paid and
actually buy a phone and help #LazyAndCareless. I don't mean to be pushy twards them but seriously they'll ban people but not actually pay for a phone and help others then they should disband and shut down xbox if they don't care enough. Known as the police
of Xbox but the police is supposed to serve and protect not hurt others like the XBLPET does the real police actually help.

You don't get suspended for "no reason".

Any report filed is investigated first which takes time,you would of been suspended for something you did several weeks ago or longer.

Communication covers more than just talking.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums you can go to the enforcement site
here for more info & to file for a case review if eligible.
