Got suspended for no reason?!

hello i was playing xbox and i got off and so when i came back it said i cant send messages or i cant hear any one in partys so i thought i was suspended and i was idk why i am because i under stand i put and bad thing as my name my bad but a guy said he
was going to report me and my friend for doing good and not hacking in bo3 he sent a message and every thing and we wernt talking to him or any thing so thats it have a good day and hopefully u can help me.

I originally got suspended 2 days ago for sending a nasty message or 4 to a kid who was calling me a N***** in game chat. I feel like that's wrong because i was the one verbally abused in game chat. Then, I received a second suspension today cutting off
multiplayer so i immediately contacted support. He told to go to the enforcement team page and it said i was "threatening" and "harassing" players. So I told him that wasn't possible because i was already suspended and couldn't send any messages to anybody,
so he says its because i reported the kid too many times..... Really? I got verbally harassed and i get suspended once for defending myself in a message and a second time for reporting the racist moron. I was told to come here if i failed the questionnaire
so here I am. It would be nice if someone could help me out asap

The perma ban information is what would happen if you were pemanentaly banned (which you're not). The message is just there by default.
