Got suspended for calling a dude an but yet I get called multiple things right?

it’s a picture express my angry towards Microsoft did drove me crazy with all this weird mess. .

How is that I get suspended for one name calling but the other person name called me multiple times an yet because they was call one word it a automatic suspension for me or label as harassment what harassment? But because I’m black really? I’m light skinned . had to get thru multiple representative just to got off about it.

“Reason I was call black for a game invite too late so it ok be called names” by the guy because he was mad he didn’t get a quick invite.” And yet Microsoft having problems with the platforms.

. Then Microsoft got the nerve to say they take racism strict or serious I have serious problem with that when they don’t . But they have the audacity to say something about the community that they want other to respect both side .

They say when you make a post to make friends ( this listed on here before you get to this community to make a comment I think. ) and you say #DONT BE TOXIC. For the game tags, but some smack is ok? but yet they apologize for the encounter. What I still have to wait to be able to chat?!? Im sick and tired of the weird and name calling and the cyberbullying and most of us are ADULTS!! Other gear burning your internet get stop for what reason? Over a game.
