Got suspended by a harasser

My account got suspended for two days for a report from a person that harassed me for no reason. Since when harassment is tolerated on XBL?

**** XBOX LIVE ENFORCEMENT

I got suspended twice one for voice communication and the other for harassment. How can I harass someone if I can't even use my microphone. I'm done with xbox.

Suspended for 24 hours - NO CASE REVIEW OPTION

I was recently suspended for offensive language. I was playing rocket league and some kid was harassing us by pointing out us getting scored on and losing. After the game, HE privately messaged my saying loser, I basically said he was acting like a child,
he then called me a loser again and I retaliated. He reported me, I got suspended. After harassing me in the game, he harassed me by messaging me after until the point I retaliated and got suspended for it. I don't see how Xbox enforcement is being justifiable
in this case.

For information on why you were suspended, you would meed to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

Harassment is not tolerated and as long as you reported the other person, the enforcement team will investigate them as well. If you responded to them in a way that viates the code of conduct, then thay would warrant a suspension ln your end. Im situations
like that, it's best to just report and block the other person.

Harassment isn't tolerated. What you should have done was to report the harasser, muted them and blocked. Never respond to a toxic player.

You wouldn't be suspended unless you've retaliated. You won't be harassed, say nothing back, report them and then get suspended.

I too got the enforcement action for using the F-word. This was in response to a message that I received for a harassment message. This is my first time offense and I get suspended for a first time offense? Seems like overkill to me.
