Got suspended because of a friend

A few days ago I went to eat pizza with my family and friends, one of those friends apparently snuck into my room and played on my xbox, he sent a message to a kid saying to kill himself and now I have been suspended to that, I sent a case review with the
same information and I just want it to all be dpne before tomorrow since theres something I want to play with my family, hope i can get reached out soon.

This is ridiculous

my account is suspended until the 17th because my friend reported me as a joke and I got suspended this is ridiculous I don't pay for Xbox gold just so I can be suspended

 

My friend were messing around and reported me for lagging out and I got susspended

I got suspended because I was reported by my friends who we’re messing around beciase I kept lagging out of games

 

You'll have to wait for the response to your case review, but you are responsible for your account at all times.

 

problem is I had my door locked incase anyone decided to go in, and the response takes too long that if I miss the launch for fortnite, what's the point.

 

There is really no way for the enforcement team to know whether it was you or your "friend" that sent the message the only thing that they know is that there was a message sent from YOUR account that YOU are responsible for at ALL times. and since that message
was reported and it was in violation of the code of conduct then the account is subject a suspension.
