Got suspended because i refunded 2 games .... are you serious?

depends how you obtained a refund did you ask for more then one per year if so then it's a legit suspension

Marketplace suspensions for refunds are only temporary usually you can view the length at
https://enforcement.xbox.com and file a case appeal but it's pretty straight forward

If you mean you chatted with Ms support not show support for a refund that would be why

You were supposed to go thru xbox support as they have the specific guidelines to follow

I can take the suspension..

I got 8 days for a very serious violation..

I recorded a story related thing where a person was standing still and talking.

All i want to know is why?

I can understand some content isn't.. kid friendly.. and not the best to share on a platform.. but...

Wouldn't it be so much better if xbox turned off recordings for that game.. if they think its that bad, that they have to suspend everyone that records..

everyone who records anything in the game gets suspended.

With games like: Outlast 1+2, DOOM, re7, condemned, and many more games that include hell, graphic dismemberment, etc with waaay worse recordings on xbl. Why is agony auto suspend? Even for people who took a screenshot of the menu .......... just because it is this game they got suspended.

ATLEAST add a warning to the game's store page..

"If you record ANYTHING you will get suspended".

No one in the forums can answer that question. No one here, not even support have access to your account via the forums. You will need to go to the Enforcement website at enforcement.xbox.com to have any action taken. You also should have received an email
at the address associated with the suspended account.

Seems to be a focus the last few days on suspensions for refunds. The point is, the disclaimer when buying digitally is serious when it says "no refunds". Maybe someone on the account has received other refunds?

Im the only one on the account, and receiving the refund was authorized. If i got suspended for that transaction they should've emailed me with the specifics. I didnt even fight the transaction, I asked if i could get refunded but it wasn't a problem if
I didnt.

You are also not entitled to a refund for any lost gold time due to enforcement action on your account.

If you got suspended it's because you violated the ToU/CoC,not because of some 8 year old.

You can only refund if.you have 2 hours or less on the game and its within 14 days but if there are serious problems with the game then go to your purchase history and make a refund order reporting the bug
