Got signed out of account randomly, can't sign back in. Trying to recover account, have the...

Like the title said, got signed out of account, wont let me sign back in. I have the email that the account is tied to, I have access to this email because it is my main email. For some reason I can't have the reset link or any verification code sent to the email, only the old phone number that I don't have access to. I've filled out the recovery form in it's entirey multiple times, each time I get an email back immediately saying that they can't verify the information. I have been on customer support phone calls multiple times, and they have sent me access codes to this same email so that they can gain access to the account, but for some reason they can't send a reset link, or change the phone number on the account. Despite me literally telling them what the old number is even with the ******** covering most of it, telling them that I would like to change the phone number on the account, or to just have a reset link sent to the email address that is tied to the account. Literally every other tech company allows you to send reset links to the email TIED TO THE ACCOUNT.

I can give all the information that they could ever want to verify,I could give past and current email addresses, credit card info and purchase history, current and past addresses, and the unique ID's for the last 4 physical Xbox consoles that it was signed in on, because I still have them in the house. I have 15+ years of history on this account, that's thousands of hours and dollars, so why can't I have a reset password link sent to the email that is clearly listed and connected to the account.

Why is the only recoverey option to send it to a phone number that is out of service now? If it wasn't I would just call the new owner of the number and ask them to kindly relay the code to me. Is there anyway I can talk to someone who I can literally relay ANY information they want to prove that I am the account owner, and get this soved.

I have been at this for hours now, and no one has been able to help me. Any soul willing to giver any help that isn't filling out a recovery form for the 17th time to only have it immediately be rejected. It wasn't this hard to get an account back 7 years ago, 5 years ago, hell 2 years ago. Why can't I just talk to someone and not a chatbot or AI deny me because they don't understand any of the information I've given, or fill out a form that request more information but doesn't have anywhere to put it.
