Got server and connection problems

hi,

So i had this problem for a couple of days- whenever i try to connect to an online multiplayer mode(mostly bf1 and r6s) after 5 to 8 minutes i get kicked out of the session and there's an error messege which says that the servers are unreachable. Thing is
i got a fine internet connection and my xbox live hasnt been expired yet and all of the ports of the router are open also tried to hard restarting the console and i double checked the testing multiplayer network and it says that there are no problems, but
still the same issue accurs. I tried to check every possible solution but nothing. What should i do?

Yeah i had a problem with it too. Said it cannot connect to the servers. I thought it was just a problem with my internet connection.

You said "...for a couple of days", well over the past week it just so happens Xbox Live was having some intermittent issues. One of the first things you should check out when your having some online gaming problems is "Xbox
Live Status" Web page. Also, just like some of the testing you did, there is some additional information and a "Networking" step-by-step troubleshooting guide

here. Let us know if you are continuing to have problems with your Xbox online.

I checked the xbox live status as you suggested, and it seems that every thing is ok, so the problem is over or not? Btw i live in israel if is that matters. Thx again

"so the problem is over or not?" Things look good now. As you may know Microsoft is located in Washington state and the Pacific coast of the U.S. has been hit by some bad weather. So, maybe that had something to do with the outages. But, more importantly
I hope things are better for your online gaming. From your Xbox go to >
Settings > All Settings > Network >
Network settings > Test multiplayer connection. Even though you are halfway around the world, if after the test the Xbox reports back with "it's all good", absent any issues with your local ISP or other company severs',
you should not have any problems playing online with your Xbox.

Yea I'm having a problem connecting the to servers since it came out free. I got to play for awhile last night but that was it been trying throughout the day and i always get 'No games available at this moment' or it will say joining game and then gives
me 'lost connection to server'. A few of my friends were able to connect with less problems and I'm not sure if its my connection specifically or if there is just EA server problems or some other problem.
