Got Sea of Thieves Controller. No ferryman access code.

So I pre-ordered the Sea of Thieves Controller awhile ago, and eventually received it. After I received it, I learned that it was supposed to come with a code for the Ferryman Outfit/Weapons. However, I don't have the code, either because I either threw
it away with the packaging for my controller, or I never received one.

So I contacted Rare at SeaofThieves.com, who told me to contact someone else, who told me to contact someone else, etc. I eventually went back to Rare and told them that I was just being passed around and no one was helping me. They said they would forward
my ticket for further assistance and then never got back to me. This was 20 days ago.

So can anyone here help me?

Can't find my Ferryman Clothing Set

I am playing Sea of Thieves on Windows 10.

I bought the Sea of Thieves XBOX One Controller and redeemed the code for the Ferryman Clothing Set, my account history lists the code as redeemed.

I also redeemed a trial code for XBOX Live Gold, because it says that the Ferryman Clothing Set requires a XBOX Live Gold membership.

But I cannot find the Ferryman Clothing Set in the game.

I checked my clothing and vanity chests, but it is nowhere to be found.

Can anyone please help me find my missing trousers?

 

Can someone help me finding the dlc in sea of thieves

Right so I brought the limited edition sea of thieves controller and that came with a digital code for the ferryman pack with a similar look to the controller itself. But when I load up the game and open my inventory, it’s not there. If anyone else is having
a similar problem with dlc for sea of thieves and fixed it please help me.
