    Where did you see this promotion? Was it on the Xbox One dashboard or on the web? Additionally, can you let us know when you signed up? Keep in mind that it can take up to 30 days to receive your code after signing up.

  5. As i said in my post and the the 2 other reps. I did receive a coucher code and i did enter it in my account. This is why i was quite surprised to receive an email saying i would get billed. An other rep even told me i had 3 months in my account. Yet your
    system is convinced i will get billed.

    I received the promotion by email.

  6. Hey, JumpierPuppet80! We are unable to assist with any billing issues, especially when it comes to Groove. You should not be charged or receiving these emails while you have the promotional token redeemed. The only case this would happen is if the code was
    accidentally redeemed on an account that didn't have the original purchase; this is commonly done when a user signs in to the website with an email they believe to be the one attached to their main account.

    If you get charged for Groove, and the
    Subscriptions page
    reflects that change while signed in to this account, then you will need to
    contact us via phone or chat for a refund. However, if the Subscription page does not change from the 3 months that the token was for, then your card had been charged on another account and you will still want
    to contact support via the link above to find out where that charge was made. Thanks for understanding!
