Got my Xbox back from Service.....and it doesn't even turn on.

Seriously? I was ok that the fan had a problem and I had to send it back even though I have used the machine maybe 3 hours since christmas.

I got the thing back today and hooked it up to start putting everything back together.

Xbox to TV via HDMI.

Power Brick to wall.

Hit the power button on the machine, it makes a noise, little white light, then off. The hard drive engages for a micro second and then shuts off. Controller; No dice.

The white light comes on the machine and the power brick for a nanosecond as it makes the sound.

Am I seriously gonna have to send this thing back again for another month?

No Support whatsoever

Why is it when I tell xbox after getting my console back from the service center and it not turning on that the service center was at fault, nobody even acknowledges it. I sent my xbox in for disc drive repair. It would still turn on amd let me download
and use my apps, but would not run any discs. So after waiting two weeks I got it back and not only was their a box cut msrk clear across the top it wouldn't even turn on. So I contacted customer support. Nobody even said anything sbout the box cut mark and
then I was told I was wrong and my power supply was the problem so I paid to ship it back to have it replaced and to no suprise when I got it in the mail today and hooked it all back up, the xbox STILL will not power on the power light wont even light up.
It has been almost 3 months since ive even seen my xbox turned on. At this point I'm ready to give up on xbox. Nobody in customer service seems to give a crap and its absolutely unexceptable that no one seems willing to even help. I just keep being told I
have to do the advanced exchange but I refuse to pay or even hold 400 dollars against my card to cover for some incompetent "technician" who made my console completely unplayable. I am disgusted in xbox and any one working in the "service center" should be
ashamed.

 

Any way to delete an existing service order?

A couple of months ago I got my first Xbox console, an Xbox one. I plugged everything in, turned it on and created my microsoft account and gamer tag. Then I tried to put a game disc into the console. It didn't read it. I tried a different disc, it didn't
read that one either and made strange whirring and clicking noises for each disc I tried.

So I submitted a service order and sent my Xbox one in for repair. A couple weeks ago I received my Xbox one back from repair. I plug it in and sure enough...it doesn't work at all. It's even more broken than when I sent it in before.

The console turns on but it won't power up. I don't hear any audio nor see any video. My kinect won't even turn on and my controller doesn't even register than an Xbox one is there. I've tried unplugging everything for 10 seconds, I've tried different HDMI
cables, tried plugging it into a different TV. I want to send the console back in to be repaired or replaced but every time I try to submit another service order it doesn't go through because the existing service order is still there and "in progress".

I've tried calling customer support and contacting them online but I've gotten no help. I'm at a complete loss for what to do.

 

Tried multiple outlets and the LED light on the power brick is orange. Turns white for a second when an attempt to power up the machine is made. Then back to orange and nothing happens.

 

You are not the only one with this type of issue. I've jokingly named it "light is on and nobodies home" problem. I've gotten my console to work when its like this but you are going to need patience and the ability to unplug your console multiple times.
When you do manage to get it to work In this way switch the power settings to always on and you might get a couple of on and off out of the system before the eventual starting the whole plugging trick again.

a couple of observations that have made on this situation (as per my console) is that pressing the power button on the console itself is the only way to get it to function as the controller will just endlessly seek the console until it boots properly. Pressing
it enough times will make it so the light just stays on and does nothing. One last oddity to note is the Xbox one when its operational runs at 1000mbs threw my network. But when its not booting correctly it stays at 100mbs if it even connected to the network
at all. Hopefully its just an OS issue that needs a patch and not another "print this shipping label and find your nearest FedEx." problem.

 

That does not bode well for me.

I have tried plugging, unplugging, on... off... on...

It just really irks me that this thing just came back from the Service center.

Thats ridicules you pay 500 buck and the *** don't Work xbox need to get it together Microsoft don't care about the cosumers im pissed i wasted my money on this piece of *** machine
