Got my gamerscore decreased from 123.000 to 74.000

Hi, yesterday I turned on my Xbox One and I've noticed that my gamerscore is now 74.000 G instead of 123.000 G. Two years of progress wiped. All the achievements are unlocked but not counted in the grand total. I've checked on TrueAchievements.com and contacted
the MS support, without any luck. A little help, please? Thanks.

a handful of my games achievement list are glitched and not giving me my gamerscore it says I have done the achievements, but none of them go to my overall score. There was another post with somebody having a similar issue, this happened randomly 2 days
ago with a random selection of games I have previously played in the past, with most games saying I have 0% completed and -1 achievements on the achievement leaderboard. Microsoft support said to get in touch with an official Microsoft member on these forums.

hi i recenctly spoke to xbox support and the told me to come here, my gamerscore went down recently and it appears my achievments arent loaded i used to have around 107,000 gamerscore and im down to 74,000. my achievement list shows me that i have negative
1 achievements for certain games but when i play them then look at the achievement list it says i have the achievements i got for the game previously were unlocked

 

It's sounds like you may have received a gamerscore correction. You can learn more about those via the
enforcement team website.

 

I know about the enforcer program, not the case. My reputation is also good. The same thing happened to a friend of mine, just the day before he has lost 20,000 G and an ambassador fixed the problem three days later. I'm writing here following my friend's
advice, hopeful that the issue can be solved. Thanks.

 

Your rep would have no bearing on whether you get any enforcement action on your account.

There does seem to be a bug going around at the moment where people are loosing some of their Gamerscore but they do get it back after a few days,you're the 4th person I've come across this week with the same issue, so if you haven't had a Gamerscore reset
then that could be the reason.

You can always try deleting your profile & redownloading it.

 

I've already re-downloaded my profile, it doesn't fix the issue. I'd really like to know what's the situation; there's someone that could give me an official response? Thanks.

It's not a Gamerscore correction.

It's a glitch that is happening to quite a few people at the moment.You can tell by looking at that persons games.

The op's Gamerscore has corrected itself now anyway.

Knowing what's happening by isolating the glitch would help other people with the same issue. And that's Microsoft's job.

My Xbox profile was overwritten by one from 5-6 years ago, i lost somewhere around 7000 on my gamerscore. I have been looking for help to get it reset, a little help here would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.
