got my chat unjustly banned by enforcement

I was playing Dark sous 3 had a good fight going in this random fight club i was winning and all of a sudden the host ganks me this upset me quite a bit i sent him a message say not to host a fight club if ur gonna gank moron. Then hes said he was gonna
report me i mean really people say far worse stuff than that, i basicly tell him it wont do anything which was wrong my voice and msg chat got completely banned. The best part i can t go disspute it on my email cause somone stole the email linked to the account
this is my second microsoft based email to get stolen i got the other one back but i cant get the recoverey system to give me this one back mainly cause i haven,t really used it since i made it for my xbox. I use gmail its far more reliable please help me
fix my xbox chat. Its a unjust ban i barely ever chat at all to begin with but i cant even talk to my friends now.

Unrightfully suspended from Xbox Live again. Throwing my xbox away and buying a PS4.

screw xbox enforcement team. i got banned from playing multiplayer while I wasnt even online. I am so sick of paying for something that isn't worth it. Officially going to PS4 since they don't unjustly ban their players

I'll be completely honest, I have almost no clue what you're talking about, haha.

None of my friends have been banned unjustly as far as I know, so I would reccommend having your friends go to the enforcement website Enforcement.xbox.com and check their recent
enforcement actions in case they were banned. If a ban is longer than a day you can try to make an appeal to have it reverted.
