Got message "Your Membership expiring" why?

When I logged into my XPASS for windows today the first thing I saw was "Your Membership expiring"

Why am I getting this when I am on re-occurring payments

I checked my account and confirmed it does show payments as re-occurring with the next payment in 9 days

Hi, am that basically happens just to indicate you so you'll know that the expiration day is close just so that you'll be sure that you really want to continue with your subscription or not continue with it.

Thanks for the support message.

Your account may be showing to renew do to your current membership is about to expire. However, since Gold stacks up, your next membership will pick right up once that current one expires. It's just informing you that your CURRENT membership is expiring
soon, but again, once your current once expires, it will automatically keep you as gold status because it will set in on that date.

If you just got your membership or if it's about to expire it may take a few days to update in the system

Seems to be a reminder message about your membership expiring. If no weird purchases have been made on your account you should be fine.

Your allowed to stack up to 36 months on your account. I don't know why they told you that. I never let my membership expire before I renewed it again. Did you check your account to see if it went through even though you received the error message?
