Got Lied To

Really this is a very Long story and I been working on this issue for 4 to 5 whole days now taken up a lot of my time and been very upset over it. But I will try to make it short as I can. I had 2 Older Xbox live 12 Month subscription cards they have no
expire dates on them and wanted to use them on my Xbox one once my 30 days of free time was up when i tried to enter them it kept on saying something went wrong try again in a while so i got in touch with Xbox support and went threw this whole process with
pics and everything one lady told me to wait 24 hours and if they don't work they might need to issue me new codes that these might be to old and I was like ok so I waited but still had to get support again and this time I went threw the same whole thing
with new pics of the cards and everything they confirmed the codes before said they don't know why there not working they all knew these cards where older cards and after going threw a lot more pics of the cards and chat with him and him looking back at what
the other lady said to me that he was just going to issue me 2 new codes and I should get them in 3 days in my email and he promised and told me I had nothing to worry about again with this issue and everything is ok and fixed and then today I got an email
from him saying sorry we cant give you these codes that the cards are to old. Thing is they already knew all of this and had pics of this and i told them all this myself and he promised me i was going to get new codes in my email in 3 days and it was just
a lie i guess cause now I'm not to me that show that the Xbox live team doesn't Honor there word on what they say. I know if i was told that in a department store they would have to honor that. If the Xbox team fix's this issue with me I will update this

Just got xbox live. Already lied to.

In that situation you don't so much "watch it together" as just "watch it at the same time". There was a neat little Netflix party thing, but they removed that some time ago now.

And with Netflix, you can watch movies and tv with a friend in your party, but i believe the both of you have to be Neflix subscribers, AND gold members. I have done this with a few friends over the past couple of years.

Update: Xbox did finally get back to me it took a little bit But they did help me out a lot and did fix my problem want to Thank them very much great job Xbox
