Got invited for preview program but no message

I was invited by 3 friends into the preview program and it has been a week and i havn't gotten a message.

Xbox One Preview Token

Got invited to the program, message got deleted (buried) by other messages, now i cant redeem the token or access the "preview forums"

Chat support was not helpful, told me write on forums for help, but I can't access the preview Forum, Chat support verified my account and they said that I am already a member of the preview program.

Got invited to the preview program by friends again, no message so far.

Xbox Preview message

so I I got invited to the preview program for Xbox one & the preview dashboard downloaded but I never got a message from the Xbox Team how do I resolve this

Being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted into the program. If you are accepted, you will receive a message. If you're not accepted, you won't receive one.

Id also like to add that they just recently started accepting more people into the preview program so there is already a large backlog of people who have been waiting for months to get accepted so you still may be waiting a while because of this

The support forums are not the place to ask for a preview invite.

You need someone on your friends list already in the program to invite you or you can try adding your gamertag here

As mentioned,being invited does not guarantee being accepted & due to the backlog there will be quite a wait anyway.
