    Hello!

    If you're able to log into your account, you will want to do so, and immediately change your password. If you're unable to access your account (or you have already changed your password), contact Xbox support. The best way to reach them is at support.xbox.com
    then contact us, no thanks to the virtual assistant, then account issues, and other. There should be options for chat or request a call depending on what is currently available in your region.

    https://account.microsoft.com/ .

    If you can't then yes, it is best for you to contact our support at
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us     so that we can make sure that your account is safe and also attend to any unauthorized purchase as well.

    Live Support     either via chat or phone support since in this case as they will be able to guide step by step in the process of recovering your account.

    Rumors are floating around as where the breach took place, nothing has been confirmed at this point.

    If you believe your account was hacked, contact Xbox Phone Support, and request to open an Unauthorized Access Investigation. Changing passwords will help prevent further access, however, I would not remove payment options as that info may be needed for
    the investigation.

    MS has the ability to find out where purchase requests come from, so if you are filing a false claim, to get MS points back, I would advise you don't, as they deal harshly with false reports.

    I got done last night also 10,000 MS points got purchased i noticed this quite fast and managed to cancel the payment. Xbox are trying to say its only a few users but thats total bollocks its a huge problem that they are trying to hide( just google xbox
    fifa). Oh and yes i have got good security set up i could not make it any more secure.

    DDC I think it says it god suspended for payment options. I was able to recover my account and when I called MS the told me to try and call my bank before they lock my account so I did that and hopefully things will get resolved. is their anything else I
    should do or just pray that MS takes over and fixes things themselves.

    same thing happened to me they bought FIFA gold packs I had about 12000 points on my account. called support and locked my account i was lucky I could still recover my account. I changed passwords and hopefully I will get my points back.
