Got Hacked

I got hacked but i got my account back but the people who did it said they were going to keep doing it and banned me on xbox. I need help so if i can talk to a Microsoft Person to tell them the gamertag who they are that would be great

PS i have got hacked from the same people and not happy how you guys haven't done anything last time

If its games that dont exist on your regions marketplace, u may have had the account migrated to a different region. If this is the case u wont get it back. there are similar threads on here describing the same thing. Mine was hacked around 19 days ago
and i have heard nothing from the support team. Nothing. Even when i call them. Nothing. Be prepared to wait and be told different stories from each person at microsoft you talk to. Good luck bro's.

But this news has started to hit tech websites and cause a little stir so you both (and I) are not alone

Same here - happened this morning but they bought 10000 MS points and used it for FIFA and something I can't look up.

 

The chances of you being "hacked" are extremely slim.

If you have a complaint to make about another xbox live player then the only way to report them is via your console,it can't be done on the forums & no one will contact you.

 

Also, if you do lose access to your account in the future you would need to contact phone support and open an unauthorized access ticket for them to investigate the claim.

 

as i chated with X-box support , You need to private chat in box with an agent. i already gave them your gamertag and they performed a authrized scanning on it "its safe don't worry" but if you made sure you got hacked you can tell an agent "in private chat"
so they could give you informations about this person ALSO you would have every rights to report to the police because this is agents the law.

 

Not sure what your trying to say but support would never give you any info about someone else's gamertag.

 

@Zhyar MW - your comment makes it sound as though you are an employee of Microsoft (Xbox). If this is true, great. However, if it is not you risk having your gamertag banned from the Live service for impersonation as, (as Daft Badger has stated), support
will not give details of another gamertag out to someone... at all.

Also, they will not help the OP in a situation like this in Private Chat. It is only via phone support so he will need to call. Nor will they give someone information about another person on the Live service. That information would only be provided to
the police and only if the police gave them a subpoena asking for such information.

 

Thanks for the pm. However, support was wrong to give you any information about any gamertag without first confirmation of ownership... regardless of status.

They were wrong to give you any information on that subject and I will forward this post on to the correct people for them to investigate (not you, phone support).
