Got hacked today

I got a message on my mobile while at work saying i have purchased fifa 17 for £79.99. When i got home i checked my xbox and it started to download and i stopped it. I went on my pc to log into my microsoft account and my account has been deleted. Because
of that i had no way to contact microsft. i have had to create an account with another email address to try and contact microsoft but when i try to chat or get them to call me back my the boxes for my name are greyed out and i cant enter my name and because
of that i cant go any further.

Can anyone please let me know how to contact microsft? Why do they make it so hard?

i logged on to the internet today to find notifications for xbox live point purchases that i have never made 2 4000 point and 1 1600 point i have never had my account hacked bfor so i am unaware of the procedure for reporting it

 

does microsft create these random names? i have . i already setup another account which ahd another random name which i couldnt get in contact with microsoft with so i deleted and started again. are these related to me not being able to put
my name in?
