Got hacked, reported it, now I have been banned from microsoft live. Go figure.

This past Saturday, I was hacked. Someone stole all my achievements. I communicated with a Jane P. at microsoft who was not able to help me, but forwarded me to another microsoft security site. Just trying to get my achievements back and it looped me back
to the same place I started. I stated this to Jane P., and the reply was, sorry, bet your a great gamer. I'm a gamer too, Can't help you. Angry would be an understatement. Next thing I know my profile is not able to log in. My status page show every thing
is good. Is this a microsoft thing, or a hacker thing? I would be nice if someone at microsoft would address and correct this.

I ave to wait that guy hacked me and got my account banned from xbox live and now got my sign in block but microsoft is doing a bad job finding the person

Microsoft can tell if you got hacked, or if you were pirating games/cheating/etc. They don't ban people for getting hacked. They won't even ban people they suspect are pirating games. Then only ban people when they know 100% that they have done something against the terms of service. Anyone claiming they got banned because they got hacked is full of shit and just trying to hide the fact that they are a cheater or pirate.

When you called Microsoft did you quest that they open an "Unauthorized Account Access Investigation" on your account. Then with those results file a case review with the enforcement team. This would be your best option to try to recover your account.
The ban could have come from the Unauthorized access to your account by someone else.

Why is Microsoft not taking this more seriously? It's a bigger problem than the enforcement site.. granted I said a bad word... but total ban going on a week? Seems disproportionate to the offense considering that I never had any action before... I have another friend that got banned for replying to a message with... "lol... gg"... the person reported that message and now he is banned.. so people have figured that they can use reporting as a toxic tool to ban people....

While you misplaced your thread I can assure you. You aren't going to get hacked. And filing 450 reports isn't hacking, if anything now he is going to be banned for abusing the report system.

Report them. Also, Generally if someone says they are going to hack you, they won't. It's not very easy to hack microsoft or Gamertags and if tehy brag about how they hacked something, they won't have because coming from someone who has experience as one
of my friends tried, it was not easy and got him banned as they detected him in the system almost instantly. So don't worry, report him and just ignore him.
