    Hey, i got hacked. I alread changed my passwort and i loged in after that and i saw that 25€ are gone. Can you give me my money back or refund that?

    I mean i lost 25€ out of nothing.

    My account got hacked.

    My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive

    Account Hacked on 8/2 - Still no resolve.

    Got hacked 9/6 and was told the same thing 25 days. When they told me that i started laughing. It's a complete joke.

    Suspended XBOX Live Account - FIFA 12 Hack

    Add me to the list of dissatisfied LIVE customers. Came home after a weekend away on 11/05 to find my account got hacked with this FIFA 12. Luckily the CC linked to my account had expired and they could not buy more points. I was able to regain control
    of my account but called support to let them know and was told a UA would be started and take 25 days. The person who told me about the length of time NEVER mentioned is was 25 BUSINESS days or I would have just said forget it and ate the 3000 points I lost.
    What's funny is it took me all of about 20 minutes via a Google search to figure out that EA's database was hacked and that's how they got my LIVE info. Why it takes MS LIVE 25+ days to figure out the IP addresses used to log in with my account are not the
    same is beyond me. This is horrible customer service to punish a consumer base past the initial humiliation of getting hacked in the first place. Still waiting to get my account unlocked...
