    I have contacted the enforcement team and they say that oh we're sorry your going to have to wait it out even though it was a false ban the Xbox enforcement team needs to get better at their job.

    Comms Ban for no reason

    I got a Xbox communications ban for no reason for the 2nd time. No violation of terms of service, no profanity or cheating or anything, nothing. Just banned. I was told by someone on twitter to post on here, doubt it will do any good. Please help and rescind
    the ban. Thanks.

    Contrary to popular belief there is no such thing a false ban.

    Every report that comes in is investigated by the enforcement team and the only time that a suspension will be put onto the account is if there is a violation of the code of conduct which can be found here:

    Since the Xbox Enforcement Team responses are test only in a case review, it would be interesting to see a screenshot of them stating "oh we're sorry your going to have to wait it out even though it was a false ban"
