Got false accused two times for cheating

they say I cheated a lot I was not on Xbox live for 2 days and it came in after , I think Xbox should let u plead your case and let u stand up for your self Xbox put too many people under enforcement for gold and there was a person faking to be a Xbox support
agent I got frame by him and he was in my friends list that not right Microsoft. I just want to have fun and the reputation system is racist.

Account suspended for false accusation of "cheating?

I have been reported by someone because I was simply "being good at the game" and I racked up alot of kills so someone got angry I guess and accused me of cheating. Xbox should fix this glaring issue and should require proof of cheating before suspending
accounts under false accusations. I never used any cheating or hacking device, I simply played the game the way it was meant to be played by all fairness. This is aggraivating me, I just want to play the game I paid money for.

http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your Enforcement history, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

If you have "Needs Work" or "Avoid Me" as your reputation, you will have to continue playing online matches (without getting reported) to get your reputation level back into the green.

There is no way to be banned only because someone else say this to you.
The only way to get banned is if you did something that breaks the Xbox rules.

If you has been banned, the only way to appeal is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/
there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

PS: no one here in the forums and even customer support is capable to assist with enforcement actions

op before you make accusations you should watch the match on thearter mode. i get accused of cheating all the time just because people can't accept that someone is better than them or because they got lag and lots of wtf moments.

you said these people were moving really fast , well that could be because they just died and got the "juiced" deathstreak aquipped. or they had lag, there's lots of explainations so picking the easiest one and accuse them of cheating isn't right in my opinion.
also nameing and shaming is no point, none of us can help or bann people, it will just get you in trouble that's it.

p.s : fileing false complaints all the time will get you in trouble too.

We need an actual solution from the Enforcement team. Playing non-Rep games is not helping (I've been playing games I'm not even interested in for hours a night, and no changes for a week still). Posting in the User Voice section doesn't help either. There
have been numerous suggestions already posted there, and nothing has changed. Even game developers and Xbox Support representatives have admitted that this is a serious issue.

WE NEED AN ACTUAL SOLUTION OR CHANGE TO THE SYSTEM.
