Got Fallout 3 Code but waited to redeem it and now its gone!!

Please Help!!,

I digitally preordered Fallout 4 on September 18, 2015 and still have an email proving purchase. I received a message in my xbox messages containing the code for Fallout 3 which was part of the promotion. I was not in a hurry to redeem it as i wanted to
wait for backwards compatibility. I went to redeem the code today but the entire message is just gone. Is there a way to have that same code resent?

Promotion Details: The promotion was pre-order Fallout 4 and get a free copy of Fallout 3.

Lost Fallout 3 Code

I did receive the message for my Fallout 3 code for purchasing Fallout 4 but I think I waited to long to redeem it and now the message and the code are gone

 

Missing code for fallout 3

Hi I purchased fallout 4 back in late november/early december. I received the code for fallout 3 but did not click on it to redeem it and waited since I did not have the proper space. Now the message is gone, is there any way to retrieve the message?
