    Got error code: 80153021 when attempting to purchase DLC for Mass Effect 2 (Xbox 360).


    Hello, to whom this may concern, I want to purchase the DLC packs "Lair of the Shadow Broker"
    and "Kasumi - Stolen Memory" for Mass Effect 2. However, everytime I try to, it says that the purchase "cannot be processed at this time" or I get the error code: 80153021. I looked the code up and it tells me to either update my billing information, pay off
    an outstanding fee, or to make sure the region matches my outlook account and payment methods. All of this is correct, and I even re-updated my billing information. It still did not work. My only explanation is that there is a malfunction with Mass Effect
    2, but I'm not too sure. I'm kind of at a loss here, an explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    mass effect backwards compatibility

    So mass effect 2 and mass effect 3 are now backwards combatible and I bought both of them but I want the dlc for both games is there a way to get the dlc for my Xbox one even though I don't have a 360 anymore? I saw something that said I could buy the dlc
    online through Xbox live .com but I already bought some of the mass effect 3 dlc when I had a 360 and that dlc isn't showing up? Has anyone tried to get mass effect 2 & 3 dlc to their Xbox one and succeeded?

    If you’re seeing this message and error code, your Xbox LIVE purchase may be blocked because there is another, previous purchase pending against your Xbox LIVE account.

    Solutions

    To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:

    Solution 1: Try your purchase again later.

    Wait and try the transaction again in 24 to 48 hours. When lots of purchase failures occur, it can prevent transactions from being processed until no purchase attempts have been made for a while (usually 24 to 48 hours).

    If you keep getting the error code message after 48 hours, try the next solution.

    Solution 2: Contact us

    If you keep getting the error code message, contact us.
