    Are you part of the Xbox Insider System Update Program? If so, any support issues should be directed/posted on the Xbox Insiders Reddit page.

    If Microsoft changed the launch day of the new controller to a different day then retailers won't be able to ship earlier than the date set by Microsoft. This is just my opinion.

    As we in the forums do not have any access to the system or behind the scene workings of Xbox, we can only direct you to support or to the Microsoft/Xbox Reddit page.

    As you mentioned a July update, are you part of the Xbox Insider Preview program? If you are, you will need to report this via console. You will also need to got to the Insider reddit page for support HTTPS://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders
