I hope you got a refund because I am dealing with the same issue. It is terrible to play, and my refund request got denied immediately. I even called my bank because I'm so annoyed. It feels like a scam.

I hate when that happens. It happened when I bought Metro Exodus. I got a refund for the full amount but I hadn't played it yet.
