Got credit for 1,000 points but I deposited 10,000

I recently requested a deposit into my Xbox live account. I was incorrectly deposited $1.15 and I believe the deposit should have been $10.00. Because I cashed in on 10,000 points. I was referred to this forum by the Microsoft support
online chat.

20,500 Microsoft Reward Credits were 'deposited' on May 30th but are still missing.

Firstly, I used 1,000 VIP gems to get TWO of the 10,000 Microsoft reward credits for 500 gems each, on May 5th.

They didn't get deposited on the 15th, so I waited until the 30th. They are shown as deposited but are not in my Microsoft rewards account.

20,500 credits total.

Not getting my pending rewards

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. If you got the 10,000 credits on the 13th, they would be scheduled for the deposit on the 29th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

the website also confirms a deposit for 10,000 ($10) was made. It was made. It was just $8.85 short. How can I have this corrected?

Hello OneUp312,

As mentioned in your post yesterday (Incorrect rewards deposited into account), your Vault Credits are still pending in your account.
Pending is not the same as deposited.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So it sounds like you requested a deposit and then redeemed gems for the 10,000 rewards credits. So what you got was the deposit you requested. The credits
you redeemed from the gems would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

Well I had made a deposit requests on 3/16 and checked yesterday and STILL haven't received my approximate 11,000 credits as well.

Got credit for 1,000 points but I deposited 10,000
