Got communication ban for no reason

I was playing casual on Rainbow 6 Siege in a party with my friend [Mod Removed] and this random killed my friend for unknown reasons and I killed the guy so he sent me a hateful message saying we were bad and getting mad so I replied asking him to calm down
because we were playing casual so he was not going to lose his rank (from ranked play) and he got mad and him and his other buddies in the same match reported me so I went on youtube and the next morning I get on and I have communications ban, in all ways,
for the second time so i'd like to reverse that because me and my friend were going to do the origins easter egg but it difficult when I cant talk.

XBOX NEED TO LOOK INTO COMMUNICATION BANS INSTEAD OF JUST INSTANTLY BANNING YOU!?

I got an instant ban today for no reason,my friend reported me Joking thinking nothing would happen but a few minutes later I got a communication ban!
