xbox needs to sort out the enforcement seriously. they take 1 complaint and thats it. no comment from the 'offender' just straight away banned. i got anger issues so i sent this guy (XxEpicGamerxX40) a 'hateful but well deserved message because he was being
toxic & a troll. so i guess he reported me and i got communication banned. this is stupid because it wasnt even my fault. now im banned because somebody who was giving abuse to a lot of players couldnt take any back. fix the enforcement microsoft and stop
being lazy.

Getting banned for no reason.

My accounts communication was banned and I didn't do anything to deserve the ban. I have not sent any hateful messages to anyone but I still got banned.

comms ban...

i get a comm ban after being sent a message threatening to get me banned from a game (elite dangerous) so i have to buy it again, i send message back making fun of his opening message and. within 5 seconds get a comm ban... who was this guy bill gates.
it was him that started the conversation, with a threat i might add. and didn't like the responce... diddums

You admit to breaking the ToU/CoC so you run the risk of being suspended.

Just because someone else started it doesn't mean you can retaliate in a way that violates the ToU/CoC.

One report is all that has ever been needed,it's always been like that.

See, comm ban isn't attributed by someone simply reporting you on the spot.

My alternative account got a (deserved) comm ban immediately after my message was sent.

It's a way to keep things less toxic than they used to be back in the day. You cannot appeal to said ban.

Think of it as a time out. And I guarantee you will be less likely to do the same thing again. I know I am.

Hate to say it but if your using match making in ranked you will get a ban, i know cause i was in a game where most of the users were boosting and we all got a ban for it. which xbox a sent me a message saying so.
