    Got Cloud Invite to Wrong Email?


    I got an invite to the Gmail email address that I use for most things for Xbox Cloud Gaming on iOS and PC, which is NOT my Microsoft Live email address that I use to login to Xbox and Game Pass Ultimate. That Gmail address does not have Game Pass Ultimate associated with it, which is why I find it confusing that I got the invite sent to it. Therefore, when I login to Xbox.com/Play with my Xbox profile, it tells me that I'm not invited, which makes me very sad. Got Cloud Invite to Wrong Email? :( I don't have an Xbox profile associated with my Gmail address, and I don't know if I would have maybe signed up for the Beta in my excitement with my Gmail address at some point, without thinking about it, maybe? Is there a way that I can transfer the Beta invite to my Microsoft account, somehow?

    The confirmation email will be sent to the account that was logged in during the purchase, my friend.

    If it was purchased directly from the Xbox Store, the game will be waiting for you to install it within your game library as long as you are logged into the account that was used to purchase it.
