Got charged for Gold with auto-renewal, but don't have access to Gold.

I got charged last night for Gold, because I forgot to turn off auto-renewal when I bought a month for a buck. So, before forgetting again, I went on the Xbox website to cancel auto-renewal and I did. Then, I went on my Xbox to download GWG titles, but it
says I don't have access to Gold despite being charged for it.

I would really appreciate a refund on the credit card as I'm really tight financially.

Account Issue

I have a problem. Today I signed up for a one month gold subscription. When I went online to cancel the auto renewal--and the auto renewal only!--I got an email stating my entire subscription was cancelled. Of course, Microsoft has still charged my credit
card for the one month gold account. Please either refund my money or, better yet, give me what I paid for and want, a one month gold account with no auto renewing options!

 

Having Trouble Purchasing a Game from GoD

P.S. - To do with the extra charge on the card I didn't make the purchase on, I have have troubles with my PayPal being charged by Microsoft before without me making a purchase. Previously I bought a month of Gold membership, then turned the auto renewal
function off, but I was still charged for an auto renewal, I had to phone in and get support to turn the auto renewal function off on my account.

I don't know if that is of any significance, but that was a past problem with charges.

I can't call them on the weekend though. Is there a way to live chat with someone from Microsoft? A year ago I was able to, but now I simply can't find a way to do so. I can only start a live chat with someone from the community.
