Got charged for a game I didn’t end up getting

I paid for modern warfare digital standard edition on the xbox store and it said error on our side try again so I did cos I thought it might have been an error but it showed an error again and I checked my bank acc and it showed that the money was taken
out of the acc but I still haven’t gotten the game. So it charged twice and both times I didn’t get the game, why?

what i have done is the go to your order history, and see if it will let you refund it.

you can review your billing history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

you should be able to request a refund on the unwanted purchase there.

if you want to talk to a Support Team member, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

click the Contact Us button then select Family and online safety as the category and I want to protect my account.

skip the Covid notification and scroll to the bottom of the options for either Chat online or Request a call

I advise you to set up two step verifiication that way there are no mistakes

Yeah i’ve checked the purchase history and it hasn’t come up on there yet but I was still charged the for the game and I cant refund it because I don’t have anything to refund I just got charged for nothing

No it hasn’t came up in my order history but I still got charged the money, it wont let me download it anywhere an I cant refund the game cos theres nothing there to refund the game and order just hasn’t shown up anywhere but I just got charged for content
