That's typically a verification charge just to make sure they can use the card. Verification charges refund themselves after a few hours or so.

my KD is a sad 0.98 but my Grade Point Average in school is a 3.857 thats got to count for something right? ^.^

it shows No purchases made in the past 3 months but on my bank account it took my money for one mounth xbox ultimate game pass

Then you'll want to try contacting support to see if they see it connected to your account. Otherwise, you'll want to contact your bank about doing a chargeback.
