    got banned


    i was playing doom 2016 live. quit playing and tried to buy something from the store. it said i was banned for sending spam or junk. i have not sent anything to anyone. have i been hacked? it said on when i logged on to my activity there were two logins
    from a different ip address. how can i fix this?

    my xbox got banned

    My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

    This is not an enforcement action. Your Microsoft account is suspended not your xbox live profile. What you have to do to fix thi issue is sign in at www.login.live.com

    Once you log in it will prompt you of the error with the spam. and at the bottom of the page, it will give you an option to verify and unlock the account. Please reply if we can assist.

    You can view your ban by logging in at
    enforcement.xbox.com     and if the ban is eligible you can file a case review from there. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
