i literally got banned for doing nothing i never send messages people are toxic and report me

My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

Have you tried calling Live support regarding the issue?

 

The enforcement are the only ones that deal with bans/suspensions. The only way to reach them is by filing for a case review (if eligible) as described here:

If you believe your suspension/ban was made in error and it is eligible for review then you would need to file for one. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team about your ban/suspension.

No one else on the forums or support can assist with bans/suspensions.
