Got banned while at work

ok my screen names and ive been baned from communication for no reason i was at work when this happened and wasnt even online so please help me fix this ive done everthing i could think of tio fix this

Yes and No. I tried the website and it says I am not eligible for a review because I don't have a open/active suspension..... I now have 2. The Comms ban came right after I sent the message and the person said I would have one. Then a day later I have another
ban.....I have played nothing but DCUO the past several months (until Gears of War 4) and have not sent any messages but those to friends and nothing offensive (IE, inv, wyd, yo, catching up, etc. until this message). This is not about the comms ban as I know
I earned it. One of the questions in the questionnaire for the website is if codes of conduct are violated it doesn't take time, it takes minutes. So, someone(s) reported me shortly before I was banned, while I was at work and with no possible means to communicate
any threats nor in any way could I have harassed anyone.

Banned while at work???

At 9:47 P.M. EST I was banned for harassment Abuse and Threats..... I was at work and the only person on my console was my 3 year old (who was watching youtube). Also, how can I threaten, abuse or harass anyone while I have a communication ban up..... The
communication ban became active 10/18/2016 at 10:52 A.M. EST. I am trying to stay as calm as possible but I just get home from work to this.... I am harassing or threatening people without actually being able to communicate it to them.....So, if I can not
talk to anyone (in any fashion) how can I harass or threaten anyone? Can not find anywhere else to post or request a reason.

While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and users may be enforced upon
at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement.

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way is through the enforcement website.
